The Shangri-La Hotel, Paris: the luxurious oasis of tranquility for your wedding

Oh how amazing it was for Audrey Ametis Weddings to visit the prestigious Shangri-La Hotel, Paris.

Wouldn’t it be a dream to get married in Paris and get your newly married Mr & Mrs photograph with the iconic Eiffel Tower in the background? This is not a dream, this can become a reality thanks to the amazing Shangri-La Hotel, Paris.

We had at Audrey Ametis Weddings enjoyed the most amazing welcome by Shangri-La Hotel, Paris.

We love the Shangri-La hotels and we were fortunate enough at Audrey Ametis Weddings to stay at Shangri-La VIP valley wing in Singapore and Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai. It was however our first time at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris, and yet we felt at home straight away due to the distinctive Shangri-La scent (they use the same scent worldwide at the Shangri-La hotels).

Shangri-La Hotel, Paris is the mini-Versailles in the centre of Paris. The hotel entrance and its beautiful interior staircase are classified historic monuments.

The hotel is so refined, yet so warm and welcoming. Romy Zerah, the hotel’s new powerhouse, is amazingly calm, ever so smiley and taking the time to show us around, whilst giving instructions to her team members in preparation of a beautiful wedding at the venue.

We visited a few salons (Le Grand Salon with its impressive 7.5 metre high ceiling, La Salle à Manger, Le Salon de Famille and the Salon Roland Bonaparte with its luminosity from rue Fresnel, they are all superb!). We were also lucky enough to visit the Shangri-La Suite (famous notably for hosting Beyonce and her family), CHI, The Spa (your hidden gem of calm in busy Paris), the terrace with its view of the Eiffel Tower and two-Michelin starred restaurant L’Abeille.
